In 2006 the founding members saw in each other a common view of the world and shared a common aspiration for future success. Through these shared views and beliefs they saw an opportunity to create something far greater than themselves. A brotherhood where like minded individuals that stand for the same values and have similar ambitions can come together and achieve true success. With this shared vision Infect began, and was proud to present its first event in January 2008.
Since its inception, every member of Infect has been received and read "Think, Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill as part of their membership. The principles described within the book have become an integral part of Infect and help mold how Infect operates. Infect considers the mastermind alliance principle the founding basis of Infect. Through a confluence of minds working towards an identical goal an incredible amount of synergy, creativity, and inspiration can be created. Napoleon Hill advocates that the merging of such minds serves as a "...stimulus to the individual mind..." far more powerful than that attained by the individual.
Every Infector believes in common values such as honesty, hard work-ethic, honor, respect, and ambition.
Learn more about the values Infect stand forEvery member of Infect has an equal voice in the workings of the Infect Brotherhood. Though no Infector is greater or lesser than another, a hierarchical merit based structure has been designed to aid in fulfilling the mission and vision of the brotherhood in the most efficient way possible.
Infect is formed by a grand council, a board, and various committees. The grand council is made up of
previous board members that still want to stay actively involved in the makings of the brotherhood
while taking a step back from the board. Members of the grand council are visionaries that guide,
inspire, and advise the board in its daily activities and help forge a five year strategic plan for the
brotherhood.
The board of Infect consists of a President, Vice-President, two Treasurers and a Secretary. The board
oversees the activities of each committee, maintains the external relationships of the brotherhood and
looks after the harmony within the brotherhood.
Infect is made up of a two different types of committees. Committees can be started by an individual Infector to garner support for a specific goal or project that he has. Such a committee will be lead by the initiator of the committee after approval by the board subsequent to its reception of a plan. If deemed appropriate, financial and/or other support may be provided to the committee. Such a committee may be dissolved upon the completion of the goal or project. If a committee is aimed at establishing a company or business once it is deemed successful and sustainable it will be given autonomy.
Infect is also made up of permanent committees that are aimed at facilitating the smooth operation of the brotherhood and at aiding the personal development of the individual brothers (such as the finance, and education committees respectively).
